Visiting Celebration

We incorporate a drive (or two) through Celebration on every trip. I love the design of the town and we like to dream that someday we could live there - a small town feel but close to a metropolitan area and close to the happiest place on earth. Unfortunately, I don't think we could afford the smallest condo in town, but it's still nice to dream. :)

Yeah, I went in December last year and it was nice. It was nice to see a residential side to Orlando. We tourists only ever see the touristy side!

Some of the condos are very cheap now! I saw one listed for $159,000. 1/1 but still not bad for Celebration!

Actually, Celebration is very touristy too (and I know what I speak of, as I live in Celebration). Even in the more far flung "villages" you will spot lots of looky-loos etc.

If you want to see real neighborhoods, drive out somewhere like Clermont. You'll see real residential areas out there, as well as orange groves, Lake Louisa State Park, and even a winery (we visited a couple weeks ago...great little side trip and generous with the free samples).
