For the time you are actually at the resort to shop, dine, look around...yes. If you then head off to another resort or a theme or water park, you are expected to move your vehicle. Hope this helps.

Can you park at AKL if you are staying at another resort?

You'll be allowed to park at AKL for any reasonable reason. Just wanting to look around is a good enough reason. Shopping or Dining there is a very good reason. There won't be any difficulty with the Security guards giving you access to the Resort.

We have never stayed at AKL but always eat there with no problem parking.
