Visiting again after a 10 year absence

While our kids were young we visited DW every year. Now that they are grown my husband and I are contemplating going for our anniversary. I used to be an expert on finding codes, getting the best deals and knowing what to expect Since we haven’t been in about 10 years, everything I knew has changed . Last time we went you got Fast passes when you entered the part. We want to stay at the Swan or Dolphin since I’m a teacher (hopefully that has not changed) and visit in October sometime. We don’t want a meal plan but hope to be able to visit Star Wars. There usef to be length of stay passes. Are they still around? Any and all advice will be appreciated?
