Visiting 1/3-1/8; which are best park days?

We (myself the Mom, DD (23) and DS (19) finalized plans to vist 1/3-1/8. We get into MCO at 10 am on 1/3 and are staying at the HRH. We were starting to think about which 3 days would be the best days to visit the parks. ( I am planning a fishing day and one relaxing day. ) What do you think? Hit one of the parks on our first day, 1/3; will they be too crowded to even enjoy our express pass?? I am such a park person I think it will kill me not to visit a park on day 1. If you suggest park on check in day, which park?? CANNOT WAIT.....

Really I don't think it will matter, MANY schools are out until 1/7/13 so expect the parks to have larger than normal crowds. Staying onsite will give you the advantage over the crowds and the express pass will help tremendously

Agreed...having unlimited Express access will help.

The 7th and especially the 8th would be the best though since the traveling tourists will be gone.
