Hi,

Can anyone provide a link to the form you get on the plane to fill out? Is it a long winded one?

The form only takes a few minutes to complete but do take care to fill them in correctly.(Seperate form for each person in your party including children) Adult family member can sign on behalf of children. They ask basic details like name address dob etc and date of entry and departure and from memory I think they want to know where you intend to spend your first night in America.

Hiya,

I don't think Virgin post these as a matter of course - I think they will do it if you ask (though I have a vague feeling I've seen a thread recently saying they won't do this any more at all)

You don't need to worry they always have loads on the plane and they are available at the back of the immigration hall when you arrive in the US.

If you really want to fill them in before you get on the plane then you should be able to get them from the check in desk at the airport as well

Thanks - we can't wait, and can't beleive how quick the time has went in! I was checking all the paperwork (again) last night, forgot how many times I have done this now

We got ours at the check in desk.

There is a book in the Virgin book on the plane that shows you how to fill it in, but it's fairly straight forward.
