VISA Rewards card and DDP

Does anyone know if I can use the accumalted points on my Disney VISA Rewards card to pay for DDP?
 
I made DVC reservations today and asked about using my rewards points for the dining plan. At first she said "no" but then she checked further and came back and said that I can pay for the DDP with my VISA rewards card points!
