Visa Reward Dollars in park/resorts

Has anyone had trouble using their Visa Reward Dollars in the parks or at resorts? We were hoping to save ours and use them for dining at Ohana and other restaurants.

No personal experience yet (although I haven't read of anyone having problems). However, what we plan to do is put our Disney Dollars against our account at the hotel, then just charge everything to the room. I think that will be the simplest thing to do (if you're staying on-site).

Duh! I didn't even think of that. We generally charge everything to the room so that makes perfect sense. Thanks!

I just ordered some for the first time. Bank One suggested I call the resort we are staying at to confirm that they accept them. ( All Star Sports) I called the resort and they couldn't give me an answer until I get them. Then I should call and let them know what the voucher says. Kind of frustrating not knowing where I can use them.

Not sure what's up with the folks at All-Star Sports, but you can use your rewards there. They should know that by now. Just be sure you have the WDW reward certificates.

We used our Disney Reward Dollars @ the Plaza Restaurant. We didn't have any trouble at all.

Has anyone tried to use them and been turned down??

I have alot of rewards and I don't want to order too many if I won't be able to use them for what I want.

I am thinking of using them in the following places:
Art of Disney
Disney at Home
Disney's Days of Christmas
Once Upon A Toy
World of Disney
Mainstreet Emporium

They now are on delayed shipping with the WDW rewards.

yeah- I noticed that too. Estimated Delivery is Monday.
When I ordered my first set it came in a week.

We used ours with no problem 2 weeks ago for food at WDW,MGM and AK. The only prblem was that you had to sign the back of the rewards and a receipt that prints out from the register. Most places never had seen them.
