visa question?

hey my mum and dad are considering that we emigrate to florida but, what do we need to do e.g what type of visa do we need and do we need to re-new it. i am asking because my mum has gotten my to do some research to convice her. if anyone can tell me anything about emigrating that would be great.

oooh! Emigrating to the USA is not the easiest countyr to get into.

It's not at all easy and very few people succeed. In a simplified nutshell, there are essentially four ways:

1. If you have lots of money (so that you can explore the business ownership routes which can give rise to visa eligibility, although this is very risky)
2. If you have close family relations
3. If you have a sponsor (i.e. an employee who can prove that they need the skills you possess and cannot get such skills from a US resident)
4. If you have a special skill/professional qualification that is needed by the USA at the time of your visa petition
