A "friend" of mine received a caution for possession of ecstasy last summer. Only ever run-in with the law. Will a visa be granted? Planning on working on the CRP. Any help appreciated...
 
I would doubt a visa will be given if your friend tells them about the drugs arrest. I would not apply, just try the visa waiver programme.
