Has anyone booked there WDW vacation with the new deal using your Visa card and kids stay free and park passes are free? What resorts did you get and does it rewally save you money or should I would for other deals to come out.

I booked this package for Jan. 27-31 at AsMo. For me it was worth it. It will be just me & DD (8). For a 4 night stay with park passes, it came to $620. Also, since it's not a busy travel time, I was able to get airfare of $79/each way, which is great. Plus the $100 disney dollars I'll get back at check-in. I think it was a decent deal.

I just change my reservations for my hubby, me and our two daughters a few days ago. I had the winter dream maker package 4 nights at ASMo for $1200, I change it to the disney visa card package and am now paying $896. We also used the new code to get our other two night in Orlando for $55 a night at ASMo.

I booked package using a Disney visa and saved a fair amount of money over the same package using AAA. I believe it was kids stay and play free. My children are three and seven which is the age at which you save the most. I think the range is 3 through 9. Package includes $200.00 disney dollars at chech-in. We also did the Prince and Princess pkg. add-on. Time of trip is Easter week, weds. through weds. Good Luck

We booked it and saved about $500 on a 5-night stay.

I also booked this package...but I think it's $100 disney dollars at check in and not $200....

Hello again,

It was $200.00
$50.00 per child and also $100.00 for using Disney Visa. Going to check my paperwork and see if it was some other breakdown, if so I will post again with details.

The Prince & Princess package add-on's give you $50 DD per child - it's a separate thing from the Visa offer :)

I did the Prince and Princess add-on. I'm at work and don't have access to confirmation paperwork. It was definitely $200.00 the way I understood the CM's description. My wife normally handles vacation planning, but I took the reigns this time. Thanks.

Does it need to be a Disney Visa; or will any Visa card do.
What is the dates the offer is available?
Where do you obtain the discount codes?

Kids stay and play free with any Visa stays until June 12 (I think).
Really kids always stay free so only the UPH passes are free. Still a good deal, BUT if you are in Canada then the at par deal may be better. I am almost 100% sure it would be. You get chargeda fixed rate of .69 to 1. I am not sure of the details but you can find them here:

My math is pretty bad but I think the Kids free deal works out between 16% and 25% savings, so the Canadian rate is a better deal.

CdnDisneyNut - Any Visa will get you the kids free. You need to have the Disney Visa to get the $100 at check-in.

Macnodos - I was told that no other discounts or promotions could be used with the Visa special. If yours is accepted, could you tell me about the Prince and Princess add-on and how to get it.

Thanks - LJ01

Just spoke With WDTC and they confirmed my package as Disney Visa kids stay free with Prince and Princess add-on. He told me the $50 per child disney dollar at check in was because of the Prince and Princess add-on?? Whereby the initial $100.00 was part of the Disney Visa package. He did assure me that at check-in there was a total of $200.00 in disney dollars. (I believe his name was Kyle, a very nice gentleman). The main stipulation was that entire package including deposit be paid for with Disney Visa. Email with any questions (macnodos@erols.com) Good Luck.

Thanks for all your info. We are still hoping SOG will be open in March when we go . We are going with friend who is in the Military. I know if SOG isn't open they have to place us some where was just checking to see if it would be cheaper to go through Disney VIsa or through the Military. What is the Prince and Princess add-on? I'm not familiar with that.

I found this post and thought I'd add some info I got yesterday. We were considering purchasing 7 day park hoppers ($309). I called the Disney number (got the Disney Travel Company). I got a wonderfrul cast member named Audrie. She informed me that the cost of a premium annual pass for Charter Visa Card members was $399. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to have 2 summer vacations covered by one annual pass.

Hope this helps someone else.

Happy Holidays to all.

I applied for a Disney Visa and have not received it yet. I was told when I made the reservation that I could switch over to the Disney Visa package when I received the card. I had to pay my deposit with a regular Visa. When I paid that deposit over the phone, the person again told me that I needed to change over the package when I received the card. I have since learned that I have been approved, but still no card...... I will not be a happy camper if I can't get the $100, because that is the only reason why I applied for the card! I am wondering if they will credit my initial card and then charge the entire amount on the new one when I get the card?

I did something of a similar nature with our Disney Cruise for this coming March. I originally booked through Disney Travel, changed to AAA because of the perks it was 3/4 paid for and I switched the entire amount to my Disney Visa. Course I had to pay it off right away because they were applying any payments to the NON INTEREST amount before any other charges. Twerked me... but the Disney dollars that I am accumulating might pay for our tips.
