Visa Card Incentive Problems

We just became owners at AKV and are so excited. One of the incentives was a Visa gift card. We receiced ours and to activate it you had to call a number and enter a PIN. I could not find the PIN and after quite a bit of difficulty was able to talk to someone at customer service. She said that for some reason the "Welcome home cards from DVC" didn't come with PINS. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I received my gift card and a letter separately, one by fedEx and one by mail. I assumed the letter was just letting me know it was on the way and I recycled it. A couple weeks later I got around to reading the gift card info and realize I must have thrown away the PIN code in the letter. I did call the credit card company and they were able to correct my problem.

The PIN should come separately by postal mail, shortly after you receive the card(s) via Fedex. Once you have the PIN(s) you can call the number on the cards or go online to activate them. If you don't receive the PIN(s) you can call MS and they can either help you or give you the correct number of the card issuer (a 3rd party).
