I am only on week 3 of C25K and have never been in a race before. But, I think this is a great way to start.

Jackie - Go ahead and count your 1/2 on the 13th as the 10k - I would love for you to "participate" in this Virtual race.

Actually for those that are doing a 1/2 that day or the day before I will go ahead a create a clip art for the Virtual Valentine's Day 1/2 Marathon - you are a special bunch!!

Getting excited for the Virtual Valentines Day races. Hope the weather conditions hold out for everyone but then again if there is too much snow or ice nothing is wrong with doing it on the TM. That was how I did my Virtual Turkey Trot - but that was due to having things in the oven having to check on and not the weather. LOL

As for me I am thinking its going to be nice weather on Sunday morning here for me. Might even be able to wear my long sleeve shirt and running tights again

Excited for tomorrow's 10K.
Daughter and I are checking out some safe and not too snowy roads that will work for us. The thought of doing it on the TM after being on it for the past two weeks is just not appealing.

CAn't say I'm looking forward to tomorrow's virtual 5K. Looks like I'll have to do it on the treadmill, since the streets here are still snow and ice patches. I hate the treadmill! Oh well, gotta get it done. I'll post when I'm done.

I am ready for tomorrow as it is a long miles day training for the Princess Half. Hoping to get in 12 miles, but will make note of my 6.20 mile time.
hmm feels like temp will be around 40 for my miles, I guess I need to think about what I am going to wear. hahaha

I am about to go out and run my 5K from the Dominican Republic. Though I will probably choose the treadmill, as it's not easy to run outside here. Good luck all!
