Virtual Que Questions

I'm going in a few weeks with friends of mine and I'm trying to make sure I fully understand the virtual que system. The last time I was at WDW was 2017, so before these were a thing, and we definitely want to ride Tron and Guardians. As I understand it, Tron, Tiana's and Guardians are the only rides with virtual ques and the first drop is at 7 am which goes fast for all three rides, correct? And then there is a second drop at 1 pm that you have to be in the park the ride is in (MK for Tron/Tiana's or Epcot for Guardians)? I've seen some people say that the 1 pm drop is slower, is this true for all three of the rides and how much slower? Like a few minutes rather than seconds or longer? Also is it possible to get virtual ques for both Tron and Tiana's in the same day, and if so, how do we do that? Any advice in general would be appreciated!

Yes, all 3 virtual queues fill within seconds at 7AM.

For the 1PM drop you need to have tapped into the park where you're attempting to get a VQ but you don't still need to physically in the park.

It could be possible to get a VQ for both Tron and Tiana's on the same day but that will depend on when your first VQ is called. If you're still holding a VQ for your first attraction at 1PM you will not be eligible to try for a second one until you use the first.

How quickly the VQ's are filling is tracked by Thrill-Data. Look for 'Boarding Group Availability'

We've been able to get the virtual queue for Guardians later in the day (after the 1pm drop) before. It seems to be the only one that doesn't always fill up right away and sometimes you get lucky. I've grabbed it around 2, 3 and 5pm on various days.
