Hi, I'm working on the Wikipedia article on VMK, and I'm trying to get information.
From waht I've heard, VMK only allows a certain dictionary of words to be used. What I'm wondering is: does this create many difficulties for players?
I know that VMK is not the only game to have this system. The MMORPG RuneScape had a short-lived system that worked in a similar way.
When that update was added, everyone complained fiercely, and it was removed the next day. However, I don't see many people complain about this on VMK forums. I guess it's probably that players have gotten used to it, lol.

This is another feature which has been heavily abused, and I'm not willing to put up with it any longer. The new system only allows a limited vocabulary to be used. The new RuneScape chat is only intended for role-playing within the game, not for talking about real life!

I have worked out a different way of filtering the chat which will be far more effective than using a limited dictionary, which I will be adding shortly. This means you will be able to talk 'normally' again soon.
