virgin Xmas discount

Am i dreaming this or have a read somewhere that Virgin offer quite a decent discount if you book on Xmas day?

i think last year they offered 15% if you booked that day maybe someone else will be along and let you know for sure

They did last Christmas - and this Easter. But it's not a given that they will be doing this regularly. I understand from them that it's a question of whether bookings are slow at these holiday periods . . . bookings are down at the moment so there is hope

Am assuming that 15% is for on line bookings only and not telephone (after all it would be Xmas day). Its just that the holiday we are thinking of taking has got to be booked by phone.

Think they did it New Years Day too but they don't advertise that they're gonna do it
