Virgin Villa Hols - Where do you check in ?

Hi All,
We have a Villa Holiday booked for October and are new to the whole villa thing! We were wondering where you actually check in when you get there? Is there a central office, or do we just go to a designated Villa complex?

The website states that the Villas are all generally in the same area, west of Disney, but I was just woindering what to expect on arrival?

when we had a villa through virgin, we picked the keys up from a central office, very close to the villa... only issue is that you have to find that and then the villa!. When we privately rented the owner had a lock box with a key code by the front door... much better idea
