I'll be getting in to WDW and checked into my hotel by 9 on a Saturday night for a solo trip (first solo trip!)
I have a couple of DS goals (Gideons, a little shopping) and a late dinner.
I like soups. Particularly when I am having dinner after 10 pm.

I was trolling menus and only found a few scattered around Disney Springs.
What soups have you had. In particular, which ones were not "just okay" but really good?

I don't know that they have it every day, but I absolutely LOVE the colcannon soup at Raglan Road. Hope you have a great trip!!

I can say that the chicken and dumplings soup from Art Smith’s Homecomin should NOT be on your list. Everything about it was flavorless - broth had no seasoning, “dumplings” were obviously frozen and thrown into the pot in a big clump, chicken tasted like it had been poached in plain water then added into the mix. I could get into the other things that were bad, but those weren’t soup! That was my third and last visit to Homecomin. Shame on me x 2.

the Gumbo at HOB is fantastic, Clam Chowder at Paddlefish is good too!
The problem I have with many restaurant clam chowders is they start it on a chicken stock base and you can absolutely taste it. It makes no sense to me unless you don’t really have seafood on the menu (in which case, do not order chowder!). If the kitchen is preparing shellfish, you make stock out of the shells & that’s the base. Sadly this is frequently not the case.
