Hey all.

Going back over in a week & usually we get our tickets for ATD. However, as we got 10% through Virgin we booked all our tickets with the package. We got the vouchers instead of hard tickets, the Disney one is fine we know to just give this to the guys at check-in & they will put this onto our KTTW card.

We also have the flexi-ticket vouchers. Can these be redeemed at any of the parks that accept the flexi-ticket. Our first venture off property is to Universal but don't want to show up with a useless piece of paper we should have given to somebody else for tickets. Anybody have any experience?

Still waiting on VH to return with my answer & we are not going to the welcome meeting. I'm hoping you just give the voucher to guest releations & they will trade it for hard tickets.

Thanks in advance.

You just need to take the voucher to one of the ticket booths at Universal to collect your tickets. There are booths outside each of the parks so, depending which park you are visiting, you just take it to the booth at the relevant one.

Out of curiosity when did you get your tickets, as we're leaving in just over three weeks and I'm going insane waiting for my red envelope:crazy:

Thanks, had an email from Virgin today basically saying the same. I will with things like this, we are so used to have hard tickets before we leave.

We got our stuff around about April 10/11, we're flying May 3rd. So about 3 weeks before.

When you go to swap your vouchers do you need to take any ID with you?

The Virgin website says that you do, however the response from VH didn't say anything about ID, but I didn't ask about ID. We all generally have our driving licenses in our wallets all the time so shouldn't be any issues for us. However I am very used to everything saying I need to show ID, most years I never get asked once & the others probably only once.

Universal are usually pretty hot on asking for ID. It's probably the only place we've been asked to show it but have had to show all three times we have exchanged vouchers there.

Oh I'd better remember that!

We're 5 weeks out and no tickets/vouchers... :scared:
