As noone else has answered, I will repeat what I was told by my friend but I don't really like to do this as it's not my opinion you understand, just what I was told
She said it was good as they went to a large range of different malls / outlets but the problem was that because they were on a very strict timetable (not of their choosing), they ended up not really being able to look around properly at the places they wanted to, and one place (I forget which) held no interest to them at all so they felt it "wasted" an hour of a precious trip.
How about you deciding on say two different shopping experiences, for instance a large mall and an outlet that are closeish together and booking a towncar or taxi? That way you can have your own flexibility Where are you staying so we can maybe suggest somewhere not too far away by cab?
sorry I didnt see this before. I have done the shopping trip twice and it was ok. It goes to a world of denim in the morning which is ok and then to Buena Vista Factory Outlets they are quite good. You are there for about 1 1/2 hrs. After that you go to MAll at millenia which i thought was ok but not great as it doesnt seem to have the bargains that the outlets have. you are there for about 3 hrs and you have lunch there too. After that its off to Waterford Lakes which again is ok but nothing special.
To be honest if you are staying in I drive like we did the local Lynx bus goes to Florida Mall and down to premium outlets as well both of these are the best shopping I have done. Pm if you want any more info.
These are two compaies I am looking at touring with this time. I believe that Gator tours is who Virgin uses. I am doing the city tour with Gospel Brunch and Kennedy
Thanks for all the replies!! We are staying at the caribbean beach. We have been on the shopping trip before, but that was when it was free. Thanks for all the info!
