Virgin Park Ticket Vouchers

We are quite used to getting the Virgin Vouchers and exchanging them at the main Ticket Office at MK for proper park tickets but this year we will be staying at the Dolphin (first time onsite at Disney!) and were hoping to spend the first day at Epcot.
Can the hotel exchange the vouchers for tickets? Or do you think the ticket office at the side entrance (International Gateway?) to Epcot could do it?
We don't really want to travel all the way to the front of Epcot to get our tickets when we can easily walk to the side entrance from the hotel.
.....or do the tickets get added to your room key like at Universal?
