Hi guys

Which of the 2 would you choose to fly to Orlando with?

The prices (as crazily high as they are) and the times are pretty similar - so which would you recommend?

Any views greatly appeciated!

I think in the present climate i would hedge for Virgin.
With BA voting on strike action, i personally would stay well clear, as it would be just my luck to fly on a day they go on strike.

Giggler:rotfl2:

In economy going on past threads I would say no difference just go with the price and best times to suit you.

Neither were an option for me. Just checked prices again for Aug in economy
Virgin £1,448.02pp Manchester:scared1:
BA £1,053.50pp but inconvenience of London

Going Delta Business Elite for £1,170pp Manchester and great times.

BA just voted yes to strike action.

So if it has to be one of the two, go Virgin.

Definitely Virgin. They have always been OK for us (never flown BA though) and you just can't trust BA not to strike an any given moment!

Flew buisness class with both virgin and BA and would always go Virgin through choice. Have been delayed with both at Gatwick, Virgin booked me in the Hilton, BA the premier inn!!!

I stopped flying BA some years back after landing a day or two apart from my luggage started getting a little old :rolleyes1

We choose Virgin as they go direct from Manchester to MCO whereas British Airways do not, hence for us it's an easy decision.

If you can choose between the 2 AND fly from a convenient airport, then I would suggest using whichever offers the best price.
It is something discussed on here before, and opinions are mixed.

Flew with BA to Vegas last year for first time and was impressed. I felt they just edged Virgin.

But I would choose Virgin, as BA have gone on strike just too often for me to risk something as important as a holiday.

I've never had a good long haul flight with BA so it would have to be Virgin
