Virgin On Line Check In

Hi Guys,

If you check in online with Virgin, can you still request extra-leg room seats (not the exit seats, the extra leg room ones) or request if there are any PE up-grades availlable? OR do you have to report in person and ask in person?

Extra legroom has to be done at check in. Upgrades to the next class should be able to be done online though you would need to pay immediately and I don't know if the payment would reflect in time that they would allow this so maybe you could email them to confirm this.
