I have heard of £15 transaction fee.......is that for either?

I have heard of £15 transaction fee.......is that for either?

Main difference is in the price, more expensive to gift or buy miles than transferring from one account to another.

Example of cost to buy or gift 20,000 miles: Total Cost: £315.00

Example of cost to transfer 20,000 miles; Total Cost: £165.00

Both include the £15 transaction fee.
