I e mailled Virgin to let them know that we are flying with a very nervous passenger who is a first time flyer and they e mailled me back and suggested I book Meet and assist specifying a nervous passenger. Has anyone already done this. What sort of assistance was it? Was it any good and did it help pacify the person travelling?!

Hi Mel,
Have never actually used this service, so I cant be much help. But I know they also do this for kids with autism. As far as they know they show them round the plane, cockpit included and talk to them about the flight to put them at ease.
Anythings worth a try!
