Virgin Holidays and Invoices.

We are upto reply number 3 for our holiday in Aug. Two came on the same day saying the exact same thing. Just had a phone call from virgin in Orlando checking we had everything we need for our xmas trip. She said the weather was lovely at the moment.
Four weeks today and we will be there.

I got my second one in two days, but I knew that was going to happen. Because we booked on the last day the free DDP offer was going on, they couldn't actually add it on when we booked (they'd already removed the option from the system) and the lady had to go in and manual alter the booking after I had paid the deposit. So I knew a second one would be on it's way. But yay! Two weeks @ Pop with free food!!!!!

I have finally received my first invoice showing that we have paid the deposit, I feel so much better now I have it in writing

It'll be even worse soon when Virgin change over to homeworkers, you'll never get to speak to the same person twice and all paperwork will be generated from one point, so expect mountains of invoices every tiem you query anything!

I wish they'd hurry up and send me my final invoice. I paid my balance off over a month ago and I desperately want to see a ZERO balance at the end of it

After reading this thread, I sent Virgin an email requesting another invoice, they replied yesterday confirming that the balance was zero, that they'd put another copy in the post and letting me know that I could print off my invoice by logging into virginholidays.co.uk and entering my details in manage booking, so I have happily printed my invoice off

You can also make changes to your details (if you've made a mistake), change your accomodation and even find out if your tickets have been printed and sent off (I'll be keeping an eye on that one )
