Virgin Holidays and Invoices.

I have just received this morning 8 invoices in separate envelopes from virgin holidays, goodness knows how many holidays the postman thinks I am going on. why did they not just send one up to date one.

This now adds to a total of 14 invoices I have received from then in less than to months.

I am on my 4th Invoice, they have arrived on seperate days but have taken about 2 weeks to reach me according to the date on the invoices ....me thinks they have a junior in the post room

I am on invoice number 3 but that is only one per change, ie on to get the FVC car upgrade and the other for adding the Clubhouse. Both revised invoices arrived quite quickly, not sure why some people keep getting multiple invoices unless there are gremlins at work!

i can go one better than that, last year i had my disney wedding and honeymoon booked with virgin, i got 4 different invoices in 3 weeks all with different amounts, and at one point they even cancelled my wedding totally! i do wonder sometimes if these people have brains....

The same happened to us also - received 3 or 4 invoices within a short space of time for no apparent reason.

Yep, same here 3 seperate invoices, all delivered on the same day and 1 letter stating the details for Discovery Cove!!

I always get 2 copies of the invoices, usually a few weeks apart. Also, they always arrive weeks and weeks after the date on them!

I received two invoices in today's mail for our trip to New York next December, both exactly the same but in separate envelopes! Wonder how much money Virgin could save themselves if only they paid a little more attention to what actually goes out in the mail system?

You should travel with TCD - they use reams and reams of paper!!! And you can never find out from it whatyou have to pay when!

The admin fee for changes to booking as now gone up to £30 per person. maybe it to pay for all the invoices they send out.

A question though why does it take nearly 3 weeks from the producing one to us receiving it???

I wish they'd hurry up and send me my final invoice. I paid my balance off over a month ago and I desperately want to see a ZERO balance at the end of it

When I booked in feb I got no invoice for nearly 7 weeks, I kept clicking the "request invoice" button on the website hoping one will come through, then over the space of a week I got 8!

Minutes after I posted yesterday got an invoice showing a ZERO balance which means not long til we go away

At least you guys have invoices. I booked my holiday/wedding about two months ago and still haven't received anything. I checked my booking on the internet and realised they had my house number wrong, I called them and gave them my correct number but still haven't received anything

We booked for Aug 2007 a few eeks ago and didn't receive anything so my wife phoned VH and was told they have had some SERIOUS problems with the production of invoices - so now you know !!

They have said the same thing to me before a few times in the past.

I experiance the same thing with them apart from it takes the invoices ages to get here
