I have just noticed that VH have charged us an adult price for DD ticket, £29 more, should I get them to change it as I have only just noticed it and it has probably been like that for over 6 months. We cancelled an adult of the booking so I think they must of canceled the child's ticket instead of the adult ticket.

Definitely get them to change it, they have made an error - unfortunatley these are becoming more of a common occurrence.

I Agree with Johnny change it now and make sure the don't try to charge you for changing it over as it's there mistake.

Ring them and politely inform them of their mistake it should be easily rectified.
