As posted by others it looks like Virgin are the cheapest for WDW 21 day ultimate tickets.
Decided to look at amending booking on-line. In spite of the tickets showing as £780 (2 adults, 2 child) the total cost increases by £884.50 :confused3

Would I be better to talk to the call centre :rolleyes1
Or are there charges that I have not taken account of in my calculations :surfweb:

Reid when you amend a booking you are charged £25 per person(i am sure if this figure is wrong someone will rectify :thumbsup2 .I know of someone who amended their booking with their new email address and got charged £25 for doing so :scared1: :sad2: .x.

I thought the fee would be for changes rather than additional purchases :rolleyes1

Yes,you would have thought so,but unfortunatley not.I tried a while back, adding 1 ticket to my account-to get a VAA reduction(another story/another thread  )but they wanted to charge me £25 to do so(i did'nt bother as the VAA reduction did'nt show).x.

Think about this does anyone know of anyone who price matches?
I don't have a problem with paying a fee to amend a holiday booking but resent paying over a £100 in charges to add theme park tickets

Reid try Attraction Tickets Direct.I went with them for my Orlando Flextickets+they price matched against Online Florida-who was the cheapest around at the time................http://www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/walt-disney-world-florida/index.htm .@Real tickets' as well, not vouchers you have to collect+activate.
They are also doing a free Boggy Creek Airboat ride per ticket bought+a free autograph book.x.

ETA-Online Florida are coming up cheaper than Attraction Tickets for the 21day ultimate-but no freebies....http://www.onlineflorida.co.uk/ProductView.aspx?PIV=1 .x.

phone the UK number (I posted it on hear a few days ago, haven't got it to hand, but will get it tomorrow if you can't fined it) They might be able to help you out

What company UK number are you referring to please ? :)

100% certain they don't charge the £25 fee for adding tickets.
I rang just before Xmas to add 1 ticket to our booking, it was for a 7 day premium on website at £170. I 1st asked if there was any amendment fee and he said no, not if adding tickets to an existing reservation, I then asked about FVC discount and he said yes that will be applied, ended up costing £153, had to pay in full as we were close to travelling and already paid holiday off.
Smae ticket was over £200 on ATD, saved about £50 with VH.

Thanks :thumbsup2 Will try calling as the price is a great deal and not paying the fee will make it sweeter :goodvibes

I think its like when you ring Disney for tickets and ask postage cost, some say free, some say $3 and some give the the correct answer of $10.
It all down to who is on the other end of the phone, they have some very poor staff at Virgin.

Online they do,as they were going to charge me,maybe not if you ring them then.x.

Good luck Reid, when you phone them hope you get them :thumbsup2 .x.

I couldn't even try adding online as we were too close to the holiday. Maybe their site is set up to add the fee for any alteration.
Should be OK by phone though, fingers crossed.

Yeah, there is no charge for adding tickets, we've done it before. There not going to charge for getting more money out of you!!

I have added tickets, no charge. If you reduce the cost of your holiday, i.e. remove tickets they will charge.

We need to add on tickets to a Virgin holidays booking also.

I was just going to start a new reservation just for the tickets if i couldn't add to the existing reservation.

What is FVC discount? And what percentage is the discount?

We added Discovery Cove tickets about 6-8 weeks after we booked holiday-we weren't charged any extra. We had to do by phone though (can't do on-line).

Thanks for everyone's help and reassurance. Added 21 day Ultimate tickets adult's at £225 each and child's at £195 each. No additional charges added so very happy :thumbsup2
