Apologies if the answer should be blindingly obvious to me, but how do I get miles travelled credited to my FC membership?

I registered last year and had a recently completed Virgin flight credited to my new account. I'm about to take my next Virgin flight since registering, but how is the connection made between my FC membership and my Virgin Holidays booking?

I understand that the miles won't show up on the account until after the flights have been completed, but should I have done something already to kick-start that process?

Hi Hilary

When you book your seats with Virgin Atlantic, ask them to add your flying club numbers to your details, other wise hand your cards over at check in time.

(Remember to hand them over on the return journey as well)

Now, when we book a flydrive / package through Virgin Holidays, we ask them to add the numbers in then, but also hand the cards over at check-in.

Collecting your miles soon gets addictive ;)

David :D

Thanks, David :) That's just what I needed to know.

Here's me getting addicted to Flying Miles - :hyper:

DH has been getting quites etc. from the virgin travelstore & you can collect 1 point for each pound spent, even if purchasing a non virgin product (according to the sales rep anyway). The only problem I've had is remembering to use it as it's a print from the pc. Fortunately you can add miles upto 6 months after travel
