Virgin & Disney's Magical Express

Can you use Diney's Magical Express if you've bookea holiday with Virgin Holidays? I thought you could but I've just been told by the Indian call centre that they've stopped doing it.

Because Virgin operate their own transfer busses they prefer you to use those but if you call and ask for your Disney reference not he virgin booking reference you can get disney to send you the vouchers directly

Do what carolfoy said . Virgin can't stop you from using the Disney buses, no matter what they'd prefer. It's your money, your decision, your holiday. What is it with these companies that they think they can dictate to you? You'd think they were doing you a favour instead of being a paid service. Sorry, mini rant over .

I used Magical Express when I flew with BA last year. It was a great service and I had no problems with it at all. Even better that it's free!
