I have read that Virgin have extra discounts occassionally. Does anyone know when they'll have the next one?

As far as I'm aware, they do an online 15% discount at Easter and Christmas. I don't recall it being available during other Bank Holidays...

Having said that, the website's showing 10% today rather than the usual 5%...

Not when I looked We used to get a frequent Virgin discount, but we weren't frequent enough and had that taken away from us.

Yeah, I find it makes the world a much more pleasant place! Sorry about the misinformation tho' - didn't mean to get your hopes up... Fingers crossed they have an extra discount on Monday!

No, we only fly every 3 or 4 years, it's too expensive for us to do school hols with adult priced children more often than that. It's Eurotunnel to Holland this summer.

I booked back in Dec for Next Xmas, then they had the 15% New Year sale, when I checked they had put the price up to discount, I would have been about £100 worse off waiting for the sale. Always find the same for Virgin.

Not necessarily. Book online and then email VH Customer Services to get them to apply the Flying Club discount. It might take a few emails but IME they usually get there in the end...
