Anyone use the virgin credit card and store up points to get discounts off flights?

I was wondering how may points are needed, or if I spend £2k a month on the card, how many years away it would be before I could get a return to Orlando? 2045?

Are there any other perks or are they totally separate but with a common rewards program.

I use virgin card , I pay £50/year to get 2miles per pound, instead of 1 , so with £2000/mth = 4000miles
Need 80,000 miles for return upper class ticket, 40,000 for economy - Upper class better deal IMHO
So without flying = 10months for 1 economy ticket and 20 months for 1 upper class ticket.
