Loved it, a really good complaint letter. Have to say that I flew Virgin Upper in April last year and the food going out was OK, but nothing special, but on the way back was dire.

I have no idea for the Orlando route, we have only used them from MAN~NYC and its a few years ago, worst transatlantic flight we have ever done, not used them since. Water leaking on me all flight, staff totally not interested.
I am sure their service to Orlando will be fine but would have to be a bargain to get me to fly BA again.
