Virgin Christmas Day Discount

Hi

Last yr Virgin offered a discount on all holidays on Christmas Day does this happen every year or was this a once off offer

We want to book our flydrive, but if Virgin do offer good discounts on christmas day it maybe worth waiting.

I would not say this is guaranteed to happen again on Christmas day this year. Last year they offered 15% on Good Friday but they did not do it again this year. I hope in your case they do, however I would keep checking. It may be worth while to price up a flydrive elsewhere but still using Virgin Flights as you may find that this will work out cheaper even when Virgin are offering their special deals. I thought Virgin's price match facility was on package holidays only but I have read (not sure if its on this site or another that I use?) that people have managed to price match with Virgin re flydrives. You can always try that if it has worked for others it may work for you? Good luck in your planning

Angel, I think they offer this on a lot of "Holidays" but I guess the only people that know for sure are VH's Marketing Folks

Does anyone know if Flydrives are included in this discount though?? I have a feeling (possibly incorrect) that it was for holidays only. Could anyone clarify please??

All that I can say is when I priced up a flydrive on Christmas Day 05 with VH online the final price included the 15% discount so I would say that it does on line but it maybe a different answer if you call them. As it does seem to differ, depending on whom you speak to.
