Hi there :)

I'm pricing up a trip for Eve and myself in December.

It'll be her birthday whilst we're away so she'll be 11 when we fly out and 12 on our return.

I originally put her age, on the online form, for a Virgin FlyDrive, as 12 - was given a 'teen' price but then wasn't allowed to continue until I'd changed her age back to 11........Does this sound correct?

On the VA site, using our airmiles, it asks for children aged 2-11 or adults 12+.........:confused3
I'm confused!

I don't want to book it all and then be in trouble whilst we're travelling......

Any ideas?

Thanks :flower3:

I'm pretty sure it is the age they are on the return journey

I tried to book, online, saying she'd be 12 but the system wouldn't let me carry on with her details!

I've emailed them and, apparently, I have to book via the Call Centre :confused3

They're calling me back tomorrow :goodvibes

Will you still get the online discount?

They won't offer it but be sure to ask for it. I booked through Disney UK last year for our upcoming trip and the website had a problem and I couldnt proceed with my payment. Called and they put it through over the phone but it turned out costing more. When challenged about it since it wasn't my fault that the website wouldn't let me complete the transaction they applied the discount no problem. 10% is a fair amount when you are buying flights and holidays.

BTW: I see you decided to go for Eve's birthday after all! :) I hope you both have a wonderful trip together and enjoy making lots of special memories. :goodvibes

Actually, the lady I spoke to offered me the online discount straight away so I was pretty happy with that.

Must make sure I have my Frequent Virgin and airmiles number to hand so's I can get everything sorted in one phone call ;)
