Virgin Atlantic Cancellation Terms

Does anyone know what the Cancellation policy is for VA? I can't find the details on the website for E-Ticket cancellations.

I think it will depend on the type of ticket you have bought Claire. Some of the cheaper fares are non-refundable.

As David says depends on the ticket, if you hav ebought the cheapest economy chances are its non refundable but you can claim taxes back.

I think you may be able to postpone the ticket as long as you use it within the time period of a year from when you actually paid for it, probably depending on the class

Thanks guy. I booked Premium Economy seats, it says on the email K class.

I will give them a call later to find out the terms.

Flying Club Miles and Tier Points will be earned on this fare. 150% of mileage flown earned (175% for Flying Club Silver and 200% for Flying Club Gold members). Sometimes qualifies for promotions that run from time-to-time for Premium Economy passengers, including the MilesMoreFriends referral scheme. Advance Purchase will normally be required, and ticket will be limited in regards to changes, and a change fee will apply for any changes that are allowed. One to watch out for when booking if full flexibility is not required, as the fares can be under half the price of a full fare Premium Economy ticket. This fare classes is also used for Premium Economy Flying Club MilesplusMoney fares (MpM). There will need to be availability in this for you to be able to take advantage of MpM. MilesplusMoney tickets do not earn Tier Points or Flying Club miles even though they are booked in this class.
