VIP Unlimited Express Access?

I was at the parks this weekend and noticed on the ticket booths that they were advertising "VIP Unlimited Express Access" for $149.95, I can't seem to find any details here on what this is, anyone have any ideas? Seeing as we already had annual passes and room keys I didn't have the chance to ask anyone at Universal about this, I figured I could get the scoop on it here, but there doesn't seem to be anything posted on this here either

It was here a while ago. It is a pass that includes your admission and unlimited express access like you get with your hotel room key.

Maybe I didn't search right or it wasn't obvious in the search results ...

Is it a one park pass or two park pass?
