my coworker thought he read about some VIP tour that you can purchase which will give you special access in the parks (meaning never waiting in a real line or the fastpass line).

Does this exist? If so, does anyone know the cost and how to get more info on it?

Thanks!
Joellyn

Hewlett Packard has a VIP lounge at Mission Space and GM has one at Test Track. Those are the only VIP places left now. Kodak used to have one at Honey I Shrunk the Audience and Fed Ex at Space Mountain but they closed. If you are an employee with HP or GM you can go to those lounges. You need to have your employee ID with you. They check them, every time.

I found this information on the www.allearsnet.com website ....

"Disney's VIP Tour Services

The VIP Tour Guide can host up to 10 Guests. If your party size is larger than 10, we will provide an additional VIP Tour Guide at an additional cost. VIP Tour requests may be taken up to 90 days in advance. Please note that reservations may not be accepted during certain holiday periods. To ensure availability, we recommend you call at least 72 hours in advance. Existing WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort transportation will be used. Private transportation is available at an additional cost.

The cost of Disney's VIP Tour Services is $85 per hour when scheduled more than 48 hours in advance, with a minimum charge of five hours. Any tour scheduled with less than 48 hours notice, will be charged $95 per hour. Should your plans change, we require advance notice of 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $170 per VIP Tour Guide.

Priority entrance to attractions is neither offered nor available.
Customizing your VIP Tour is easy. Simply call Disney Special Activities at (407) 560-4033 and speak with a Disney Special Activities Coordinator; also available via e-mail at WDW.VIP.Tours@Disney.Com.

NOTE: All information subject to change without notice. "

Now at one time, I thought they did offer "back door" entrance with this VIP tour. You might check with guest services to see if they still offer some type service with this priority entrance.

The CM will go and get you fast passes if you are on one ride and need a fast pass for another. No front of the line because you are on the VIP tour.

Universal and Busch Gardens have great VIP tours which offer front of the line privledges and insider information and facts.

Considering how much some of us :rolleyes1 spend on disney vacations can you imagine how many people would be lining up for VIP access that involved no lines! It would be sold out for years...it would have to be on a lottery system! ;)

I have done the one at Universal and it was great. You learn lots of stuff about the park and rides. Front of the line was pretty nice too. :)

I have seen several celebrities on various trips. They always seem to be on some sort of VIP tour. They have a cast member with them (sometimes a couple) and they usually enter a ride from the exit side, bypassing the line. I don't think this is a 'tour' most of us can purchase, however. :confused3
