VIP passes

Hi just a quick question, does anyone know whether you can buy a VIP pass? My travel agent told me this was possible.. If so at what stage can you purchase it - i.e, when we pick up passes when we check in at hotel?
Also, does anyone know how much they are,

I think your travel agent may be thinking of the VIP fast passes that Disneyland Hotel guests get.
This is not something that guests can buy when they arrive at DLP

You get a VIP pass when you stay in a suite ore at the Castle Club level in the Disneyland Hotel.
Never heard you can buy them and I don’t think that it Disney will do this. The VIP passes are something special for mostly very expensive rooms.
Its one of the main reasons to stay in such a room, so if they just could be bought by everyone I think this pricy rooms would lose one off there greatest reasons to stay there.

Well, thats rather annoying!!!
I was going to book the suite, but it was double the price, she went off and asked someone and came back and confirmed that you COULD buy them!!?
Not happy about that.
I totally understand about it being the perks of a suite, I read up about it first and was going to book.
Actually though, when we worked t out, there are probably only 2 fastpass rides that we would actually need the passes for, so its probably very do-able on the regular fastpass system. Our kids are quite small still and not very brave!

Never heard you can buy them and I don’t think that it Disney will do this.

Nor do I, I think it would be against Disney's ethos.

If there's only 2 rides you need the fastpasses for then you'll be fine. DLRP's changed their fastpass policy last year so it's the same as the other Disney parks so it's now much fairer and you'll have no problems getting them for the rides you want them for.

Also, if you've got EMH on any of your mornings then take advantage as you'll be able to do Dumbo/Peter Pan with minimal queues!!
