There are VIP lounges in some of the parks. ATT has one for their employees in Epcot for example. If you are eligible to use them, you know where they are.

If you mean VIP lounges in the hotels, not that I'm aware of, although there are facilities to set up VIP lounges for conference participants at the resorts which offer conference facilities.
