VIP Fastpass

Can anyone confirm whether the VIP Fastpass is provided when staying in the Resort Suites (as opposed to the named suites) in the New York Hotel?

I assume that the VIP Fastpass is available when you book any suite at the HNY. I also had a look here and there don't seem to be any named suites at this hotel.

But to be absolutely certain, you should definitely check this when you book
