Has anyone purchased these tickets and can give me details about them? We were going to stay on site but was thinking it may be better to stay at the Embassy Suites because we would have a full breakfast and two room suite. If we stayed at the Embassy Suites we would like to have unlimited Express Passes. What would you do? TIA!

the VIP express tickets are date related.
the cost will reflect that date.

when are you going?

if you go in a slow period, the vip epp could be a wash.

the vip epp covers park admission and unlimited usage for the express lines for that day.

will you have a car?

check the shuttle or transportation system you will use from the Embassy hotel to UO.

We are arriving the Saturday right before Easter Sunday so the Express Pass is a must. We will have our own vehicle.

It sounds like you would need the VIP ticket for 5 people. If you are going to the parks for two days, that will cost you $259 each person 10 and above and $249 for kids -- that includes admission.

If you stay onsite for 1 night, you get two days of unlimited express included but you still have to pay for admission.

I'm not sure what the hotel rates are that you've gotten, so you'll have to do the math and see what works out to be the better deal.

Also remember, that you don't get early admission with the VIP ticket like you do with staying onsite.

I guess staying at the Embassy Suites still allows us to get in early because it is a partner hotel. Staying on site is only $30 more for the package but without any breakfast.

i don't see availability for your dates for the vip express passes.

it would be over $840 if you could buy them.

and, $15 for parking for the day.

you only get the early entry at the partner hotel if you booked it as a package from universal.

Yes, it is a common misconception that partner hotels get early entry.

I see availability for April 7 at the prices I quoted above using the Standard rate Mar 27-Apr 14. 1 day park to park and 2 day park to park. I'm not sure which interests you.

Thanks! I would be purchasing the package from Universal. The days we were planning on going to Universal/IOA were April 9th and 10th. If the VIP passes are not available we may just stay on the property.

If you are buying the package from Universal, it includes your tickets. So don't order the VIP tickets online as well.

I don't see embassy suites available that weekend with a Universal package.

Can someone please put a linky to the vip ticket page? I only see a VIP tour option... thanks.

It's available. You can't add my 8 month old to the list though. I called Universal and they said we could stay there because he is not actually counted.
