Hi! I made BB reservations for this winter at WDW for Nov- December again, and I have been placed back on chemo and will be on it at a much higher dose when we return to WDW at that time. My question is will I be able to request a VIP cleaning for the villas we are staying in even thought it is a villa and not a room:confused3? I am not sure of the procedure for this but I would appreciate if someone could point me into the correct direction. Thanks:flower3:

I'm a DVC member and only had to mention my husband was immune compromised and the CM offered to request the VIP cleaning for our villa. So I took him up on the offer. We have 1 night at the ASMo before we check into the villa so I called the reservations number and requested the room be disinfected, comforter and pillows changed before we check-in and they added it to our reservations. I hope this helps.

Thank you it does, I guess I just need to call and get on it!! I really appreciate your response:flower3:

It is my understanding that any Disney owned rooms, villas, cabins, ect will get house keeping and can have the VIP cleaning. In case you have not thought about it, you can ask them to change the air filter as well. We have to do this because of my sons immune system and they are always good about taking care of us. I hope that you have a great trip.
