Hi! My sister and her family were at WWOHP on Saturday the 22nd of January (couple of weeks ago), and while they were at the Three Broomsticks, they saw a fancy table being set up, complete with tablecloth. When they asked someone, they were told that a VIP was coming in. Anyone know who this VIP might have been? They weren't able to hang around to see who it was.

It's possible it was Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones. We were there last Tues, and my wife was chatting with one of the kiosk workers about the hippogriff ride, and the worker told us that the couple was there a few days ago and enjoyed that ride.

Ah. The way the Kiosk worker was talking, she made it sound like they were just there. Apparently time has no meaning for wizard type folks.

Would this be related to half of DC being down with filming equipment, as reported in another thread?

It could be...I really don't know. All I know is what my sister told me. My kids and I came over that day but we met them at the Studios, not IOA.

ETA: I just saw the other thread...DSis was there on the 22nd, not the 31st, but it could be related if filming took a long time.

Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) was there at some point in January. But I don't know if it was that specific day or not.

I got an email newsletter from Uni today announcing the 1 millionth Butterbeer sold on January 6th, along with pics of TF visiting with the Beauxbatons girls and they made it seem like it all happened this past month.
