Vineyard Room?

I called DL reservations today and tried to make a reservation for the Vineyard Room and I was told this has been closed for a long time. Oops! It was in my 2009 travel book. Does anyone know when or why this closed?

I also tried to call and make a ressie for Pinocchio's Workshop and was told that they only take ressie's at 30 days. All my information says 2 months.

Any suggestions for a good restaurant to replace the Vineyard Room?

Thanks so much. Everyone on this board has been super great at helping this novice plan her first trip to Disneyland. Less than 60 days and we are all so excited.

If you are looking for something more upscale to replace the Vineyard room I suggest Napa Rose or maybe Catal at DTD. If you want to watch the parade enjoy eating italian on the patio I say Wine Country Tratoria.

I am really sad myself that the Vineyard room closed as we enjoyed several meals there. I think with the limited hours and lack of signage this place just was a hiden treasure that just didn't have a chance. I hope they will put something new up there it was really nice.
