A couple of good sites are : villas2000.com and vr360homes.co.uk
vr360 offers 360 degree views on all aspects of the properties, great if you are after a secluded pool area and want to see if the home is overlooked.

We have always rented from UK owners

Can recommend Indian Point and Cumbrian Lakes both ideally situated just off the 192 in Kissimmee.

we have always used UK owners - more by luck than judgement - we used the following on a previous trip and the villa was just perfect - infact due to an error on there part we stayed in their 6 bed villa instead on 5 bed but for the price of the 5 bed! www.floridavillarentals.co.uk

unfortunately I booked our villa months ago when the dollar was stronger so i opted for a british owned one.(nothing wrong with that by the way) However I have always been temted by a Villa owned by a guy called fred Hallam at www.floridarentals.com He ha a few villas but the first one CALLED ARUBA you see on his site is wonderful. we stayed next door to it a few years ago and it looked immaculate. It was always a little bit more expensive than the rest but with the pound so strong at the moment it is a steal.

Also in case you are not aware , Hamiltons reserve is 2 minutes from the 192 and 10 minutes from disney.
