Villa's for disabled with pool hoist's

Hello, does anyone own or know some body who has a vila for rental, with pool hoist and two master en-suite bedroom's. Near to disney?

And, to translate for non-British English speakers, an en-suite bedroom means one that has an attached private bathroom.
