Villas for a family of 5?

I'm curious if my family of five can still book 1 bedroom villa after our youngest child is out of the pack-n-play? I have always assumed if we were okay with it, Disney wouldn't care, but after reading an answer to a question on another topic, now I'm wondering??? Anyone out there know if they enforce the four person to a one bedroom villa or is that just a suggestion on their part? I figured as the youngest got bigger, we'd tote an inflatable mattress along with us and still just need a 1 bedroom.

The stated occupancy of studio and 1BR villas is 4 plus one child under the age of 3.

Disney will not perform room checks.

Some have reported that their vacation guides and MS have condoned more in these units.
