Villas away from WDW

Hi , previously have always stayed in Kissimmee but next trip we are planning on not visiting Disney . Kids will all be older teenagers by then so going to universal/ sea world Busch gardens instead. Can anyone recommend an area for villas that is a bit closer to universal? Or at least avoids worst of the Disney traffic getting in and out of Kissimmee? Will be looking for four or five bedrooms. TIA
