DAS - Am I still in chat queue?

I'm trying to apply for DAS at Disneyland. Just answered the questions from the virtual assistant and it says I've entered the queue. But at the top is still just says "transferring....."

Did it freeze up or am I actually in the queue and it will just keep saying that until a CM come into the chat?
